I run sid on two computers and have problem understanding how gdm works.
What I want to do is run gdmXnestchooser to connect to the other
computer. I get the gdmchooser screen but after I select one it just
restarts the gdmchooser again.

I have a problem with ftp to debian when it is configured to use nis.
Everything works OK as long as I have a normal user entry in /etc/passwd
but when I take the user account infomation from nis fptd wont allow the
user to connect. Telnet and other stuff works so its related only to
ftpd I think.

I have a very annoying problem with win98 (suprise). I have a system
where one linux box is running diald(masq) and connect to the net as
soon as any computer inside wants out. Before i have run win95 and
everything was working nice. Now I got a new computer with win98 and it
always tries to ffind

I dont think version 2.4 can do voodo2 you need 2.53 or later for that.

I tried ping my proxy and that was OK. But the install never could do a
connect. I dont know exaktly what went wrong other than it faild.
I tried to start dselect with debugging but that did not print anything
on the ftp connect.
