debian unstable on a sony vaio

loading at startup - however i lack a /dev/video* device and am unsure how to create one - mknod /dev/video0 c 81 0 produces a device which v4l cannot access/does not recognise. i am using a stick debian kernel 2.6.7 - can anyone help me with either of these problems? Keir Lawson -- To UNSUBSCR
