pvscan in initramfs

Hello all, where are the settings for the Konsole stored? The display of midnight commander in konsole is terrible. Where there should be a frame line there are lines of 0's. I think mc uses ncurses?? This doesn't work. My KDE 3.1.2 runs on Debian sid. Where can I start searching? Thank you in adva

After install of Gnome, KDE theme disappeared
