Hi
I was wondering if there was any reason why libc5 in unstable is
at a lower revision level than in stable.
This sort of thing makes tracking the status of debian a real pain.

my news server requires that I use authentification to identify myself.
I've been told that a number of windows news readers will do this.
Any suggestions on how to set this up under linux.

I just installed mailagent and ma having problems setting it up.
I followed the directions in the faq and it appears to work for mail sent
locally but all the filters appear to be ignored for mail coming in from
outside the system.
Also I am using smail rather than sendmail for mail handlin
