I think I fixed my return-path issue with sqwebmail. It was a matter of
configuring Exim4. See
http://www.andreaswacker.com/blog/2006/08/11/return-path-exim4/. I simply added
users and addresses to /etc/email-addresses.
Eg. john: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I tried disabling the onboard sound and the problem came back. Powered off
and enabled it on the next boot. It was still there. Powered off and
removed the sound card. Powered it back up and problem gone.
It appears there is some problem with the motherboard.
