info. of this file.

to
have Debian 2.0 in it. Because I wanted to
change some
partitions, I started fresh from 2.2r3.
Everything went well

I have a Debian box turned on 24-hrs a day.
The hard disk is spinning at the full speed.
Is there a program to slow down the spinning
when my system is not in use? Please let me
know. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know where I can get this package?
I have read Mail-HOWTO and it suggests me to get it

Can someone guide me? Thanks, Jimmy

I have a similar problem on one of mey machine. I have two Linux
machines networked. The strange thing is that my gateway machine
works fine but not for the other one. When I try to ftp from that
machine, I can log to the ftp site but when I do ls, it just waits
forever.
I use BOOT disk to boot up my system. Now I want to
duplicate the BOOT disk as a backup but I am having
problem. I tried to mount BOOT disk in fd0 but it won't
mount. I use: mount -t ext2 /dev/fd0 /mnt
or
mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /mnt
both cases won't work.
how to synchronize these tow systems?
Many thanks,
Jimmy Lu
