CUPS doesn't print german umlauts. Is there a way
to solve this? (either true umlauts or valid replacements)
Furthermore, how can I set wider margins when printing
text-only using the CUPS lpr?

I can't configure and setup tar, because the tool
that is executed in the postrm scripts fails...

No, but every few weeks (whenever a new sawfish comes out)
my sawfish is messed up. The reason for this are different
ways of packaging by Helix and by Debian's maintainer

I would recommend Mozilla, but actually there is not much defference
