I configure eth0 and eth1 with ifconfig xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and so on. the check the configuration with ifconfig and everything is fine. Then I reboot the system and try ifconfig and eth0 is fine h

When I configure eth1 with ip, netmask, etc. then do a ifconfig all the information will show. After rebooting I do a ifconfig and all the information is now gone. How do I make sure it stays?
