Grub won't timeout

My Grub won't timeout. It just sits there forever waiting for me to press enter. I've gone through many rewrites of the config file and have recompiled, reinstalled, and reintalled it on the boot sector. Still nothing. My config file is below. Any ideas? # menu.lst - See: grub(8), info grub, up

Different default browser
