My Debian Lenny KDM "Session Type" menu has double entries
such as:
FluxBox
Fluxbox
TWM
Twm
Window Maker
Window maker
How do I tidy this up? What causes this? I can not find a
config file where this is "configged."
Any hints?

The install (I believe) configures XF86Config, whereas the newest "X"
looks for XF86Config-4. I had the same "problem" when I installed
Debian this past weekend. This is what worked for me:
mv /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.orig
cp /et
