changed filesystem_folder in /etc/radicale/config back to the default
value for now and after that it finally worked.

Also take a look into directory /var/lib/apt/lists/partial. There may be left
some files. I had to remove them by hand.
I found there more than 400 files, mainly diff files, but some others as
well.
