Suspend in XEmacs 20.4

Hello, I'm using xemacs 20.4 on hamm and whenever I hit C-z on the console, Xemacs just freezes up and has to be killed. It iconifies properly when in X. Ideas? -- Evan Parry [EMAIL PROTECTED]

ng sound difficulties as well (using hamm). I haven't tried running doom but curently catting an .au file is about the only sound that I'm ever able to hear. Someone had mentioned something about certain sound files not being compiled in the kernel so this might be the problem. -- Evan Parry [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Printer and Sound Difficulties

econd problem is sound. I recently got a SB16 PNP card and it appears to be correctly configured with no apparent errors. Despite this, no sound ever comes out of the speakers. Not being very good with sound, I'm at a loss here. TIA -- Evan Parry [EMAIL PROTECTED]
