I have been computing so long that I used to debug a
computer that was built with RTL cars and had a 26 bit
word. You either latched the program in by hand or
loaded from octal tape.

I was reading the incmpatibility list and saw that the mwave card needs
to have it firmware loaded before it will work. Does anyone know if
this card has drivers that work if it the firmware is loaded and what it
takes to load it.
I am planning on procuring Debian 2.2 and loading it on my Aptiva
