Ok I'm going to make this short as possible from what I see you have both ttyS0
and ttyS3 set to IRQ4 if something is on ttyS0 than there is your 1st conflict
...
please clear that up .. make sure whatever IRQ you set it to , NOTHING else is
on it what so ever.

The number of desktops that run Linux is unknown.. and really that is not
important. Why bother with any company that doesn't want to see thier
clients happy?!? I agree with Peter, if they don't want to be helpfull go
someplace else.
