after upgrading to 1.3 I lost xload somewhere. Where is it?

Hi,
I am somewhat confused on the current status of guile with the tk
extension. The docs talk about it, though I cannot find it in my
distribution. Am I missing something?

Hi!
My problem:
umrk:~$ dos
dos: can't find library 'libX11.so.6'
umrk:~$
Though it's in /usr/X11R6/lib/. I tried running ldconfig, making a
link to /usr/lib, but it did not help. What do I do wrong?

Hi!
I just installed the whole tex stuff. I now am trying to configure it
to make the fonts for my Epson Stylus 800 printer.
I've changed the dvips-file config.ps:
D 360
M epstylus
and added to Metafont's modes.mf
mode_def epstylus = % Ep

Hi!
I just discovered that the files in /usr/lib/perl5/pod are chmod 440
(-r--r-), which makes it impossible to use the diagnostic feature
of perl5:
#!/usr/bin/perl -w
use diagnostics;
use strict;
as propagated in the Perl FAQ.
