a
powerfull toy to convert files between different charsets. This is obviously
too much for just what you want (dos2unix is indeed the thing) but it's always

y-To: header, you're wrong. You can filter
the messages so that only one copy is kept (gnus does this), or you can insert
a `Mail-Copies-To: never' header in your messages (this assumes that your mail
agent honors it).

It might be possible to have a newsgroup mirroring the list, but even

Secondly, check out if you don't have installed any other sound drivers (like
NAS). Otherwise, you might see always busy audio devices.

XEmacs about 4 years ago. Indeed I prefer it. There's a deeper integration
with the different toolkits that one can find nowadays, and a more advanced
multimedia support. Also, I switched for other more technical reasons.

All of this apply to Emacs as well, I think. What's funny about Emacs
is that either you can't stand the appearant complexity of the keystrokes an
der XEmacs
which will take care of translating Emacs calls into XEmacs ones.

igurability is when a configuration interface is as clever
for setting the parameters as for providing all the information needed to
understand what's going on. But even this, is not necessarily what everybody
wants.
