I'd like to get XFree86 4.1.0 to work, 2D would be nice, 3D would be "better

Trying to get the radeon driver loaded gives the error

I have a problem that I cannot browse the web using one of my ISP accounts
(Freeserve). I can ping www.debian.org but when I try to "lynx
www.debian.org" the screen freezes saying "sending http request". I can
