I'm currently using evolution as my email client to work with both a pop3 and an imap account. I subscribe to several high trafic mailing lists and use a variety of methods from within evolution to sort my email etc... I'm growing tired of using Evolution and I'm wanting to use a text based client

sony clie 320 with gnome-pilot

anyone successfully gotton a clie synced with gnome-pilot via usb cable...I've read thru alot of docs tring to get it to work .. ..the device is recognized by the kernel and is connect via ttyUSB0 and ttyUSB1 depending on wether its used via cold/hotsync .. and the ttys exist ..any thoughts,

This may or may not help but I experienced a similar problem with my favorite java program, JEdit. There is some sort of bug with java that might not let you use keyboard input in a java program if the numlock key is ON. Not sure on what the particulars are ... but I found that the bug does exist
