I am currently running debian sid kde 3.3.1 kernel 2.6.7-1-686-smp,
and in the market for a digital camera, i really like the nikon
coolpix 5200 but it is not listed in KDE's digital camera menu under
control center. i was wondering if anyone out there might know if the
5200 would work with this
I assume you know about Octave, it is basically an open source MATLAB (c)
i have used it plenty in my mechanical engineering classes

sounds like your in KDE, so the first problem is pretty simple. if
you right click next to the K menu icon on the taskbar a set of
options comes up, including "menu editor" choose this. it will show
you a list of the items found in the K menu, in the same arrangement
they are found normall

ximian-connector work for evolution? I have tried to install via
alien the rpm packages found on novell's site, but to no avail.
Closest to working is the redhat 9 rpm but gives:
