feeds through e-mail

Hello!!! I need a way to let users interact with feeds through e-mail. Do you know how can I let then "list", "subscribe" and "unubscribe" from any feeds of my web through e-mail!!!???, maybe there is a plugin or a service, but I couldn´t find it yet. I will really appreciate your help. tnkx
