I seem to be unable to successfully be able to connect to an open access point, although connecting to a WPA network (through wicd frontend) works. I am running the latest squeeze, with kernel 2.6.32-5-686. My machine is a Dell Mini 10v. My card is a Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY
