I've been trying to get a debian installer working on my usb stick. The
stick has an EFI partition
and grub installed. The debian live cd iso is stored under a folder called
`/boot/iso`. The grub.cfg contains entries of the form
set imgdevpath='/dev/disk/by-uuid/'
menuentry '[loopback]
