Why is Woody's Mozilla so old?

Hi ho, I just installed Woody, still getting the hang of dselect, etc, but I just wanted to know why the version that I have is so old (M18)? I have updated my list of avaible packages, but the latest version still offered is M18, but I really need something a bit newer. TIA -Andrew :wq
