Printtool is packaged in Woody:
apt-get install printtool
so you can use it just as before--I have it working
great at home (my Debian machine's motherboard has a
bad lpt port, and the Windows box doesn't)

Not sure of a solution, but here at work we've had the
same problem with those cards (usually when using
Netscape to access our intranet site), but running
Windows NT! Our W98 machines don't have that problem.
Haven't tried it with Debian, mainly using ATI cards
there. G
y packages were on my system). Has anyone
successfully installed it on a Debian system? I want
to be able to administer these servers from my
GNU/Linux box and if possible blow away NT on my other
workstation.
