Thanks a lot for the advice!
I added Stretch main, contrib, and non-free to my sources.list, and
upgraded my kernel and packages to their latest versions. I'm now
running kernel 4.6. I also installed firmware-linux-nonfree again.
I created a file at /etc/udev/rules.d/10-local.rules

Finally I figured it. Actually beside playback of pavucontrol there is a
icon which toggles between BT & ALSA.
Thanks a lot :-) I wonder why not the option inbuilt in volume control !!

I can see the BT through pavucontrol.Through blueman , BT is already
configured with A2DP.
But in playback of pavucontrol the play back device is ALSA. At
audacious->output no BT device seen :-(
