I`m trying to compile openswan 2.6.39 from source on to a up-to-date Debian
Wheezy system (7.1).
In the final step I keep getting this error:

Today sound wouldn't work, though it worked a few weeks ago.
I won't say nothing has changed; I have been doing regular upgrades using
aptitude.
I don't even know how to begin diagnosing the problem. No sound, neither
in audacity nor in VLC.

Try to upgrade your software as first attempt:
su
apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
then reboot the system.
After this take look to see if it works.

My notebook have problem with mouse. When I started system everythink
work correctly over few minutes and then right mouse don't work corectly
or left don't work. But icon on desktop work corectly all time - I can
launch it. It is problem with X or Xfce or with mouse?

Unless they changed in jessie, /usr/bin/urxvt is the binary you need.
It definitely supports Unicode in wheezy, at least.
