I installed debian a few days ago and my Xserver is not
loading properly. It has a weird behavior. It doesn’t work if I boot up
at first time but once I reset it, it works fine.

So I guess is a device loading problem. How do I get rid of

I installed debian etch beta 3 on a dell poweredge 1950 server and it
worked just fine (except that I wasn't able to install GRUB, therefore I
installed LILO).
but after the installation, debian hangs while booting. the last line of
the output is something like:
