Hi,
I am trying to get screenshots using "printscreen" and "alt+printscreen" as per
Gnome manual. But for some reason it does not work. It looks as if the
"printscreen" key is disabled: I can assign the functionality to other keys and
they work.
How do I get my "printscreen" key working?
TIA

Just a blind guess, but is your lo interface mounted? Try doing
ifconfig, if there's no configured interface with address 127.0.0.1
then that might cause weirdness like the stuff you're seeing.

Hi,
I'm running Debian testing (2.6.15-1-486 kernel) on a new Dell box. On
bootup, the NFS mount I have in /etc/fstab fails to mount; the LDAP
automount maps also do not load ('/etc/init.d/autofs status' gives no
active mountpoints).
Once booted, logging in as root & doing 'mount -a' sorts

Thanks,

Hi,
I finally managed to fix all the nfs ports:
http://www.lowth.com/LinWiz/1.09/notes/nfs_help.php?popup=1
But using nfs with the firehol firewall up still does not work.
The mount hangs.
Anybody knows how to figure out *why* the mount hangs?
