I am trying to setup a Lexmark Optra M410 laser printer over a small
lan, and have so far come to nothing.
I have used both apsfilter and magicfilter to set up /etc/printcap,
but when I lp or lpr a job, nothing happens.
Can anyone help? This is a native postscript printer

I've never used loadlin (and actually, I've never used debian, just
installed it today) but I had the same problem the the boot diskette was
pointing to the wrong '/' partition. check that your root=??? is
correct.
