and it will be on /dev/hdc or less likely /dev/hdd. Try using that during the
installation. /dev/cdrom is usually a link that points to /dev/hdc or /dev/hdd.
If Redhat works, boot into Redhat and look at /etc/fstab.

I have a strange problem with copy and paste. When I copy from XFmail to, and
paste to GXedit or X-Chat, XFmail crashes. When I do the same from XFmail to
other apps it's working fine.
Both X-Chat and GXedit are GTK apps. Is that just a conicidence or ?

and modules. Could be all wet tho as I'm still trying to get x windows
up and trying to get a game to work. ( I dont think config liked my

I recently (this morning), had a power outtage. I started up my computer and
LILO started going nuts. Not only did it just say LI, but the cursor was
jumping all over the screen and the printer started to print. I used a rescue
disk and ran LILO, then rebooted. Now it prints "01 " over and over. T

I'm trying to make Linux bootable from a scsi harddrive using NT
bootloader. I'm reasonably used to lilo, though far from understanding all

It runs all the time over a dial-up PPP connection... but I couldn't log
