I've run into a problem, I just installed a Kingston TurboChip (AMD 5x86 133Mhz) designed to run like a P-75 on a 486 motherboard, everything runs fine until I reboot, when I do I get a page error and a prompt to login for maintainance but can't reboot at all, what do I need to do to correct this p

Hi all, I'm trying to install Debian Linux on a PC with an old Allied Telesis AT-1500BT ethernet card. The (available) device drivers for the AT-1700 or NI2100 do not seem to recognize this ethernet adapter. Does anyone have any suggestions for finding an appropriate driver before I go searching

Be sure that you have the latest version of Scott's HOWTO (I understand that the latest version provides information about where the various required files are located). I almost can not adequately express how strongly I recommend that you use dpkg for the small number of packages that are listed
