Here's an example of part of my setup. Yours should be similar:

Hi,
After a few weeks trying out Linux I decided to downloaded Emacs and sofar I am
impressed with Emacs.
I have not succeeded in getting Emacs Gnus to read news, however. I did put
export NNTPSERVER=news.ilink.nis.za in my .bashrc file but it did not have any
effect on gnus' behavior

As some of you might remember I asked if there were any LaTeX problems
a week or so ago and received a few responses that indicated that
it was working for them. So I discarded my old reliable 1.2.13
system and installed 2.0.6 with all of the new elf software and
mostly all is well, except LaTeX

Ok I installed the pcmcia_cs support and I believe I have
/etc/pcmcia/network.opts set up correctly and ifconfig
reports the right addresses but netstat -rn is showing

netstat -rn shows

Hello ...
I have the same identical problem as you. And unfortunately I have not
figured out a cure either. I had to resort back to using an older AHA 1542c
controller.(which gives me no problems).
I also have experimented with the slakware distribution and found that

Those packages are experimental versions, and have at least
one problem: they d
I have tried to compile the most simple C++ program whith the gcc
compiler (2.7.2). I do not have the exact source code, but it's
something like:
#include
void main() {
int i = 9;
cout << " write a some text.\n";
}
saved in a file called test.cc.
Trying the following:
gcc -c test

To prevent problems because of US export restrictions, the
PGP packages were moved outside of the US.
Currently, you can find them at
http://www.cs.helsinki.fi/~wirzeniu/d
In an old package list, I have copied in August, the debian
pgp packages (US and international) were in non-free.
Nowadays, there does not seem to be any pgp package available.
I have scanned the ls-lRs at Debian and some mirrors, but
NO pgp.
I desperately need pgp since I have created some new

It should by now be common knowledge that no CGI script whatsoever
is working on www.debian.org.
Explanation: www.debian.org has moved to another machine. In order to
make mirroring it easier, it has been decided t

I don't read French, but I think this says the dpkg manual and my installation
document are available in French under the following URL. I checked the URL
and yes, that's what it looks like.
So "Bruce" is "Bruces" in French, I guess.
