Dear Maintainer,
In KDE System Monitor, there's a very nice feature of displaying the per-app
network stats, e.g. Firefox consuming 1 MB/s out of the overall network
bandwidth.

when results appear, if I try to open directory in which result in
contained, the result is not selected automatically.
I think dolphin should be invoked with dolpin --select result.

Although libkf5sysguard-bin is gone, the problem is still present with
libksysguard-bin. Workaround and reasoning stays the same.
Suggested fix: as long as the System Monitor gets installed (that's pretty
much always for KDE?), also install the package containing
ksgrd_network_helper.
