fixed soon". Have the patches from DSA 1019 (CVE-2006-1244) been
fixed in sid in the mean time? In which version?

I am unable to
install KDE in debian Sid because a dependency to libraw1394-5 is not
satisfied. The package has changed its name and is now libraw1394-8.

exchange on this with libraw1394’s maintainer. Strange. Do you talk
sometimes between maintainers?
