I can confirm that kwalletmanager crashes on _every_ logout (and blocks e.g. shutdown). Interestingly, there is no kwalletmanager-icon in the taskbar anymore. Calling the show() function via dcop pops up an empty window. I can't confirm that these crashed cause a loss of the full KDE configurati
