kdelibs should make it into testing tonight, along with the whole
enormous cupsys transition which has been blocking a lot of packages. If
you guys have any kdelibs uploads planned, please, please defer them
until this transition is complete.

Well, kdelibs/cupsys didn't go in tonight. (But Qt did... which means KDE
is partly broken in Sarge).
