I could reproduce it with the state of Debian testing at 2020-07-24.

The issue seems to be resolved since poppler 0.77 and above.

After a small investigation in Debian's KDE mailing list we found the
affected PDF files were those digitally signed, and a simple
workaround was also found:
1.- Delete the .mozilla directory in your home directory
2.- Run Firefox. A new .mozilla directory should appear.

I don't see any crash, the document is opened, shown as signed, and
shows information about forms.
