I tried to reproduced this issue but failed. Do you see this behaviour only
for some emailadresses or for all and/or with the current version?

When sending a new message, the "From" field is properly quoted. For example:
From: "LeJacq, Jean Pierre"
When replying to a message, the "From" field in not quoted, resulting
