file in version 3.5.9 is not sufficient, and it applies

Attached is a fix for Ktouch, the norwegian keyboard file is missing, the
attached file is the missing keyboard file.
The file should just be added to the folder: /usr/share/apps/ktouch/
and then it is fixed :-)
