When selecting a bitmap font via Konsole -> Settings -> Configure
Konsole -> Profiles -> Edit -> Appearance -> Font -> Choose, only the
smallest font size is displayed for OpenTy

With both versions, the one available in Sid, and the other built with
qt-copy/debian. Bitmap fonts are not being replaces by truetype fonts
(i.e. Helvetica -> Arial).
The following fonts.conf rule is not applied:
