several crashes with kde-3.4.1 and kde-icons-noia

I experience several crashes when using kde-icons-noia theme (sid version) in kde-3.4.0 and kde-3.4.1 (alioth version). I think it could be a good idea to remove it when upgrading to kde-3.4.0 or newer.

Hi, I use kdevelop 3.4.1 from alioth repository on debian amd64 sid. In the main window I have 2 times the "Variable / Watch" button at left, 2 times the "breakpoint" button at bottom and 2 times the "launch in debugger / run / step / ..." toolbox at top. For each, only one of the two works. I ca
