I have a document with hyperlinks
that point to different pages in the document.
After clicking any of the links(and jumping to a different page),
"go back" does not work.

i, ii, iii, iv, v, and only then 1,2,3...
And sometimes A-1, A-2 for appendices.
Kdvi completely ignores assigned page numbers.
This makes it hard to navigate around the document.
