This patch sets the pinentry mode to "default" when we're decrypting or
signing, which should cause the normal pinentry dialog to be
displayed.

Dear Maintainer,
I'm writing an app that can use PGP/GPG to encrypt entries, and,
since the rest of the app is written in Qt5, I chose to use QCA for
that part.
My code
logins from :0, but there weren’t,
apparently because of this bug. (I am not usually in the habit of repeatedly
rebooting a machine just to watch it come up).
