The standard installation of kmail does not properly support OpenPGP
encrypted/signed email. If cryptplug is installed the user can choose to
enable /usr/lib/cryptplug/gpgme-openpgp.so as a crypto plugin under
Settings > Configure KMail

The shared library /usr/lib/libkscreensaver.so.4.1.0 has undefined
symbols, presumably because it wasn't linked against all the libraries
it depends on (?).
