I'm running debian arm and need to rebuild libqt4 with an additional
patch. What is the best and fastest way to rebuild that package?

1. cross-compile:
I have installed the emdebian toolchain by doing:
Package: konqueror
Version: 4:4.4.5-2
Severity: normal
konqueror and many other KDE programs don't show up in
the debian-menu. So when you use a window manager like
icewm or fvwm, you can't find konqueror in the menu.
This is because there is no menu-file in "/usr/share/menu".
