After doing a lot of tests, I have discovered that sometimes KDE does not
start propertly, when that happens, I do not heard the KDE startup sound,
Kmix, Klipper and other stuff are not

Hello I am testing future Debian 7.0 with KDE desktop and I see that there are
two applications which notify about updates: one is Apper and other is
Kingston-update-notifier (update-notifier-kd
In the current Debian testing, this bug cannot be reproducible because this
feature is not available, I am not sure if by newer KDE 4, or by newer Grub
2, (I think by the second one).
Therefore, I think this bug can be closed, update this feature for Grub 2
compatibility, or remove it, is a task of

Kcheckgmail, (Dolphin is changing its language propertly).

I think kaffeine is the problem, it sometimes locks at closing it, it is
appareantly closed, but it is still running in memory (it is listed in ps
output), after that, if you try to run kaffeine again to play another movie,

Yes, ofcourse, they were in Spanish after various reboot.

But these programs should change its language without need of

If i run Kpersonalizer, initially show English language and United
Kindom, but d3lphin and kcheckgmail are in Spanish, if i continue with
the assistant and finish it, after that, d3lphin and kcheckgmail are
translated into English.

I have KDE in British English too, i set it from Kcontrol -> Regional
and Accessibility -> Country/Region & Languaje.
I think it is the same that doing it with Kpersonalizer.
