Dear Maintainers,
after an apt full-upgrade from Buster to Bullseye akonadiserver now has an
apparmor profile. That profile seems to prevent it from starting up, as
witnessed by DENY messages in the system log.

Well, the segfault appeared to happen when
/usr/bin/plasma-desktop attempted to use libpgs.so.20 (or so
it appeared to me) so that's why.

This same thing happes for me, too:
Logging out from KDE stops KDE/kdm/X, drops back to console 1, console 7
has black screen only.
Switching back to another console with CTRL-ALT-Fn *is* possible for me,
however.

hangs indefinitely thereby preventing the shutdown to happen.
