konqueror stops claiming a server timeout. however mozilla firefox and
outher browsers are able to load page correctly. The page in ques
bflac++-dev, liboggflac-dev,
or liboggflac++-dev build-dependency to (>= 1.1.2-1) to ensure that your
package is autobuilt against the new versions of the libraries.

I'm not sure exactly what I changed but after fiddling with the files
in /etc, konqueror starts fine. I suspect the problem I reported was
locale related. Sorry I can't offer more precise details of the fix.

svn.d.o? I very much need to be able to compile kde 3.2 into debs for
customization of a knoppix disk.
