I am unable to create a local CUPS printer using the KDE printer

machines with different printers, so the problem seems to be fairly
generic. A higher severity may be approp
...so I'm reassigning the bug to kdevelop. The next kdevelop upload that
contains a branch pull, or the next upstream release (3.3.5) should fix
the problem.
Thanks for the link to the SVN commit, the patch will be in the next
KDevelop upload!
BTW, Jeremy, do you plan to update kdevelop in

KDevelop is now packaged as 'kdevelop' in Debian, kdevelop3 is just a
dummy package to facilitate upgrades. Could you please make kde-devel-extras
depend directly on 'kdevelop'?

Hi Brian,
Does this still happen with Qt 4.1.0?
I can no longer reproduce the problem with Qt 4.1.0 on ia64,
QFile::open seems to work fine now. I tried both a simple test program
and running "lrelease" on a Qt translation file. From my point of view,
the bug is closed.
Cheers,
Jeremy

I noticed that the ia64 buildd was unable to compile the package

I honestly did not see your email, could be there was a problem with my spam

I have been unable to reach Norman Jordan, kdevelop3's maintainer for nearly a

Norman. I have fixed a number of issues in kdevelop3 in two successive NMUs

Currently the manpage for Qt4's linguist is a dangling symlink. If there

libQtOpenGL.so.4.0.0 is not installed by any of libqt4-dev's

Hello!
If saw in the changelog that some time ago support for the Perl bindings
was dropped - due to the immaturity of the code from what I gather. I
have experimented with the bindings and they work fine for a basic use
at least.
