Dear Maintainer,
KDE is overwriting the contents of $HOME/.config/gtkrc-2.0 For
example, I have interface customizations in the file, yet when the file
gets overwritten by KDE, the customizations are erased.

Just did a fresh install of Buster and can confirm that this bug is very
annoying and still exists. I try to create custom shortcuts for Okular
similar to single-key shortcuts in Acrobat DC:

v - text selection tool
F8 - toggle toolbar
F9 - toggle menu bar

There is an option in Settings -> Configure Dolphin -> Startup -> Show

Steps to reproduce:
Ctrl-P -> select Pages From, Pages, or Current Page radio button, input
desired page(s)
Properties -> Advanced -> Color Model -> select Greyscale
OK -> Print
Nothing happens. No print
